Boiler servicing
It is recommended you have your boiler checked annually. Here at BM Plumbing and Heating we are able to service all types of boilers from new combination style boilers to the old conventional boilers!
Heating
From new installations to system upgrades, we can install and maintain your system whether it be central heating, underfloor heating and both old and new styles of system. We are qualified to design your system including designing for low temperature systems to install alongside heat pumps. We are qualified heat pump installers and also gas safe registered for natural gas boilers.
Renewable Energy
The rising cost of energy bills is leading to the increasing installation of heating and hot water systems that are fuelled by renewable energy sources. We are qualified in both air and ground source heat pumps as well as being qualified in the design of low temperature systems which is what is required. We also install underfloor heating and are G3 qualified to be able to install the unvented cylinders on the system. We are gas safe registered so can install any gas boilers to any hybrid systems. Converting to heat pumps is a project we can undertake start to finish to the high standards set out by MCS. We are also MCS registered to give you piece of mind.
Bathroom/Wet room Installation
BM Plumbing & Heating are expert bathroom installers that can supply and fit your chosen products to any type of property from residential to commercial.
We will advise you on design and layout choices for your bathroom, wet room, shower room or WC always adhering to current legislation and quality standards for either your home, healthcare providers, sports and leisure centres, hotels, B&Bs etc. We can also provide our team of trades if necessary such as tilers, plasterers, carpenters and electricians. We are also happy to work alongside your own tradesman if these are preferred.

We can size and design your entire plumbing and heating system including low temperate systems for heat pumps. We can design your bathrooms and show you life like images of how it will look using our CAD design software.

Having a new kitchen or renovating?
BM Plumbing & Heating can install all plumbing, heating, gas and drainage to your kitchen/utility room. Including the installation of kitchen sinks, gas cooking appliances, washing machines and dishwashers.

When it comes to gas it can be extremely dangerous and you must ensure you always use a gas-safe registered engineer. We are gas safe registered and after undergoing the correct training, we can install, upgrade, service, and maintain your gas appliances to a high standard. We are qualified in:
- CENWAT (central heating boilers and water heaters
- CKR1 (cooking appliances)
- HTR1 (fires and wall heaters)
- MET1 (primary and secondary meters)
gas safety certificates & checks
If you have your property rented out, or you plan to rent it, you are legally required to have a valid gas certificate that confirms all of the appliances in the property are safe to use and fit for purpose. If you are using an agent, they will need to be provided with a copy of the CP12 – Gas Certificate before they are able to move new tenants in. BM Plumbing & Heating regularly carry out these checks!
Fault finding & Repair
Here at BM Plumbing & Heating, we’re happy to carry out fault-finding tasks on your appliances and systems to diagnose the issue and give you a swift repair.
Faults with your plumbing and heating systems can be very inconvenient particularly in the winter when your boiler decides to stop! Sometimes a tiny issue can cause havoc in your home! Don’t stress we have got you covered.
Heating System controls and wiring:
We have our own electrical contractor for larger scale electrical work, however BM Plumbing & Heating can undertake small electrical works related to your heating system and plumbing. This can include the wiring and or replacing of electrical components. For example boilers, cylinders, thermostats, programmers, heating pumps, shower/mains booster pumps, zone valves, electric showers and more!
GENERAL PLUMBING
BM Plumbing & Heating provide a range of general plumbing services to domestic clients. Do you have a leaky pipe or are you having to resort to cold showers?
No matter what the job – big or small, you can be assured we have a plumber to do the job. This includes fixing or replacing sanitary ware, leaks and drips, and installation of new items or bathrooms.
Service pipes / Water mains
After a successful audit with Southern Water, we are on their list of recommended plumbers for carrying out work on their service pipes. We are also on the water safe register and CIPHE (chartered institute of plumbing and heating engineers). Got a leak that you need sorting? Or perhaps you need some new water mains to be installed for your new build or existing property? Then give us a ring! Also teamed with our trusted ground-worker we will be able to take up your driveway or the location of the service pipe, make the appropriate repairs, and re-do your drive to either how it was before or a different style! No matter your choice your neighbours won’t suspect a thing!
Rainwater Systems
BM Plumbing & Heating can install and maintain rainwater systems including guttering, down pipes and water butts. .
Drainage
We can both design and install your drainage system. We can also help with any issues your having with your existing system.
